Vice President

Peter Joseph (Joe) Tragakis assumed the role of ARMA Global Vice President in July 2016. Prior to this he served as the company’s Operations Officer and a Program Director following his retirement from the United States Army in 2014. Joe possesses a comprehensive understanding of Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Systems, and how these systems are employed in support of United States Special Operations Command, USSOCOM Components, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and deployed SOF Headquarters. Joe served in numerous deployed tactical, operational, and strategic SOF Headquarters throughout his military career including 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, US Army Special Forces Command, the 112th Signal Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Joint Special Operations Command, Special Operations Command Central, and the Special Operations Joint Task Force – Afghanistan. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University and an MBA from Webster University.

George Tidman

Senior Director of Operations

George Tidman serves as the Senior Director of Operations at ARMA Global Corporation. George is responsible for ensuring Operational Excellence for all ARMA programs. He has been with ARMA since 2011, serving as a Program Manager, Program Director, and Director of Operations of ARMA’s Fayetteville, NC office. In addition to his role as Senior Director of Operations, George serves as ARMA’s United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Specialty Services Program Director. After 24 years of military service, George retired as the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) J6 Sergeant Major in 2011. He spent more than 18 years serving the Special Operations community in a wide-range of progressive leadership roles. George served and supported deployed tactical, operational, and strategic missions throughout his military career. He brings a mission-focus to ARMA that ensures our customer’s needs always come first.

Abigale Maloney

Abigale Maloney

Director, Solutions Development

Abigale Maloney joined ARMA Global in 2010 and currently serves as the Director of Solutions Development. Abigale leads a team of highly skilled subject matter experts in ARMA’s Architecture Support Group (ASG), Proposal Management, Capture Management, Pricing Management, Graphic Design, and all proposal related activities. She has 13 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Contracts and Subcontracts Management, Program Management, and Business Development. Abigale's experience managing the Business Development process from the discovery of an opportunity to program award and execution gives her the edge to make sound business decisions. She is focused on bringing sound solutions to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) war fighter. Abigale earned a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Tampa Sykes College of Business and her Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from The George Washington University School of Business.

Mike Horowitz

Director, Finance

Mike Horowitz has served as the Finance Director for ARMA Global Corporation since 2011. Overseeing ARMA’s Finance and Pricing functions and organization, Mike has 21 years of progressive experience in financial analysis & management, acquisitions, restructurings and reorganizations, budgeting and forecasting, pricing and cost estimating, and audit support across small, medium, and large professional services organizations. Mike is operationally focused in assisting organizations to grow their revenue targets and manage expenses. Mike has been recognized for contributions and efforts to achieve growth through competitive contract awards, process improvement, and driving necessary change to enhance ARMA’s capabilities, all resulting in value for current and prospective customers. Mike is focused on fostering trust and cultivating partnerships based on financial accountability and transparency. Mike earned his B.B.A. from Radford University, VA in Accounting, and his 21 years of experience has been gained entirely in the Defense Contracting industry.

Ernie Hudson

Director, Human Resources

Ernie Hudson joined ARMA Global in 2012 overseeing the HR, Security and Staffing functions. Ernie has over 30 years in Human Resources and Administration experience including Strategic Planning, Facilities, Training and Development and all aspects of Human Resources. Ernie is an advocate of a strong employee culture that enables the company to attract and retain talent. He works closely with the various Program Managers assisting them with any Employee Relations, legal or compliance related actions. Ernie further provides guidance on Policy administration and various company programs related to the workforce. Ernie possess a BA Degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama and holds multiple certifications in Human Resources Management.
