ARMA Global Corporation is awarded a two year $1,400,000 providing Contract Support to the Marine Corps Combat Operations Centers in Afghanistan
ARMA’s performance on the Marine Corps Combat Operations Center (COC) contract supporting Marine forces in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) since October 2010 with multi-disciplined Information Technology professionals contributed immeasurably as a Subcontractor to General Dynamics Command Control Communications and Computer Systems (GDC4S)
COCs are mobile, modular command and control centers designed to support Marines wherever they are deployed. COCs will be the focal point of decision-making during all phases of ground warfare, allowing Marine forces to digitally collect, process, and disseminate tactical data.
COCs are built from Capability Sets, or CapSets. CapSets use common, modular, and scalable building blocks, which are re-configurable to adapt to mission needs. CapSets can be scaled up or down to provide required capabilities at different echelons.
